Ozzie mates, help me make heads & tails of Doc Rat.

What critter is this, and why the fascination with water? I am drawing a total blank on this one.

Furthermore, this one has got me going as well. I get the general gist of "stuff all", but I can't seem to find any other uses for it.

Stuff all = bugger all = f*** all = almost nothing.

The young critter looks like the young numbat who is the Masked Avenger and swine-flu vector. I expect getting the kid drinking large amounts of water, and the resulting output, is amusing to him.
