OK, so it's _not_ Walpurgisnacht... So Sue Me!

Tonight shall be interesting. There are hunnerts of apartments in my complex, but not sure how many kids will be coming round. The management passed out these special paper pumpkins to put on your door if you want li'l goblins - mine's up early - so I know I'll get at least some.

I plan to dress in my usual getup...

Hopefully after tonight I'll still be welcome here. But I give good treats...

Posting Images?

Whenever I post an image it gets put up as that annoying little thumbnail. I've seen folks post larger pix... how do I do that?

There is no word obscene enough...

The Bacon Hamburger Fatty Melt, a Bacon Burger with Two Bacon-Stuffed Grilled Cheese Sandwiches as Bun.

Scroll down and look at the double...

This, to me, is even more deadly than those 20-lb hamburger monstrosities some bars like to challenge their dimwitted patrons with. Because a normal human being might just be able to eat it. If I consumed one of these bad boys - especially the double, and assuming I could keep it down - my heart would seize up like an engine that had been fueled with sand-laden diesel, my arteries would turn to latex and you could drag me to Naples behind the QEII so all my Italian relatives could skate over on the oil slick.

Jenis, Mogg and Joran!

Speaking of engines, here's a vid of a 1918 farm engine being restored by the son of one of my friends - he does this as a hobby.

http://home.comcast.net/~ccdesan/1918FarmEngine.avi (It's big... 43MB avi, not for dialup!)

It's a single-piston job, using an igniter instead of a spark plug. Very cool.
