Once again, Microsoft provides 100% accurate, yet totally useless information.

I sent an email to abuse@hotmail.fr to report a Nigerian spammer using their service, and this is what I got back:

Thank you for contacting MSN Customer Support. You've reached an unmonitored mailbox. For assistance with Hotmail please go to http://www.support.msn.com.

Thank you very little.
