On the road again...

3 days to do my laundry and get a few things done, and now I'm off again tomorrow for California - a week in San Diego and a week in San Francisco. Should be back the first week in March.

If I get a chance to post from the road, I'll do it, but not counting on anything.

That is the ending theme for the Canadian comedy team of Wayne and Shuster.

One of their most famous sketches was Shakespearian Baseball, though being so popular has kind of ruined it for me.

Some of my favourite sketches are Rinse the Blood off my Toga (Flavious Maximus, Private Roman Eye solves the Julius Caesar murder), The Brown Pumpernickel (their take on the Scarlet Pimpernel), City Golf (regular golf played on the city streets), Final record offer (their spoofs on TV commercials are always hilarious), actually, it's rather hard to pick a favourite.

It's too bad the CBC hasn't released all their shows on DVD yet, they had a wonderful sense of humour.
