The Breast Cancer Site provides free mammograms for the disadvantaged - all you need to do to help is to go to their site and click the button once a day.
This campaign has been in place for several years (if you want details on how the program works, Barabara Mikkelson at Snopes.com provides a good explanation of the actual mechanism. It takes about 45,000 clicks to provide one mammogram, and they are at about 1.3 per day at this point. They could use more help.
So if it's something you can support, you can click the site once a day with your morning coffee or crumpet.
