I love to promote products that are outside of the box, and perhaps less than well-known. Today while shopping I serendipitously encountered a sample-table of dips and jams, and discovered Pepperlane Products Raz-Pepper Preserves.

Oh.
My.
Heck.

I immediately bought a jar of Pepp'ricot Preserves, because this stuff is good. .

I got some (along with some wicked chili sauces) at a little booth at the outdoor markets in Southbank in Brisbane on my first trip to Australia 4.5 years ago.
