Creole Ratatouille
Nov. 30th, 2008 01:27 pmI mentioned some time ago that I had this dish at the Café Orleans in Disneyland. Just getting around to posting a pic, but it doesn't do the dish justice.
For the most part, the food at Disneyland is what you would expect from a theme park. This restaurant, however, has insanely good food. The combination of this ratatouille and an onion soup as authentic as anything I have ever had in France made this a lunch to remember.
