Before there was the Magic 8-ball, there was the "Pocket Fortune Teller". Picked up one of these on eBay last week and added it to my antique magic collection. Circa 1946, manufactured by Alabe Crafts, Inc. - Later housed in the familiar 8-ball casing. Wish I could get rid of the air bubbles, but it's still a unique piece to have. Also wish I could find one of the old, original, heavy 8-balls at a decent price...
