Some things are just obscure. I've been on Facebook a long time, but never knew this little tidbit, so I'm betting there are some others who don't as well.
Sometimes you'll see a picture shared on Facebook, but it's too small to read the text.

If you click on it, you'll get the "theatre" view. If you right-click on this image, you'll see a menu pick that says "view image."

You'll then be given a full-size image. Depending on the size of your screen, you may have to click on the picture once more to blow it up to full-size. You'll know you can do this if your mouse changes to a little magnifying glass when you move it over the image.
