The monorail is (was) a really good thing, with only one major flaw - it didn't connect to any useful point on the city metro system, and it didn't really go anywhere useful.

I will be sad to see it go. They should have extended the service instead of pulling it down.

Was that your own footage?

I've never forgotten how the on-board air-conditioning let us down that day. It was a hot day, and even hotter inside the monorail compartment.

Yah, it was like a sauna in there, wasn't it? That was my own footage, I'm only sorry I didn't shoot more of it. FYI, there's only one coin, I just created a front and back shot of it. But I'm grateful to have it as a memento.
