I wrote here about Nature's Perfect food, which contains all the essential food groups. But what do you do when cookie season is ended, but you still need your fix?

Just the other day I stumbled by accident (or perhaps the purest good fortune) across a reasonable facsimile:





Not as good as the real thing, of course, but good enough to get me through the long, long drought.

Incidentally, yesterday I finally found the remote spot at Giant where they sell Berger cookies. (Employees got confused when I asked before.)
