The Banned Video

Six months ago I posted a rather informative video on YouTube. I had even read the Terms of Service to make sure that I wasn't contravening any regulations. Unbeknownst to me, there was also a Community Guideline file tucked away somewhere, and someone didn't like it. As a result, my YouTube account had a black mark for 6 months. I complained, and never even got an answer.

I am now back in "Good Standing". But I'm putting my vid here, so all that work doesn't go to waste.

And to tweak YouTube a bit.

Don't touch overhead wires

It's not just a good idea, it's the law.

Hqiz. YouTube deleted my video.

Yes, it was a grim video, but it was designed to be educational, not shocking. It was carefully marked as graphic in both the video and the comments, and I carefully read the TOS before posting it.

(I have no idea what they mean by "Community Guidelines" - if it's not in the TOS, which I checked before posting it, everything should be OK)

Anyway, you can find a smaller version here, which has everything but the live-action clip.
