Travel and Leisure ranks SLC as the best on-time airport for 2009, again. 40 years of experience out of this airport has been largely positive from this traveler's viewpoint. Granted, 12% flight delays might not seem anything for an airport manager to bust his buttons over, but that's the nature of the business. Congratulations, Salt Lake.
