Yes, that's the ticket. Once you get to GLaDOS, you can noclip all around the place. It's like flying. Get down to the cake room and reset noclip to 0, and you can pick up the cube and move him around. The cake is immaterial, but the table is solid. What's cool is the lighting from the candle as you move the cube around.

It's also fun to poke around in the parking lot - put a portal inside and outside the guard shack, or if you left a portal with GLaDOS then you can put one to the outside as well.

Burrowing around in the service tunnels is almost more fun than the game. I wish they had a level editor like DN3D did...
