As a kid it was The Beatles, the Stones, the Beach Boys, those '60s bands - but too wide a selection to narrow down to a top 10.

Today (in no particular orderr) it's the Beatles (some things just never die), anything classical, Celtic music of all types, New Age, Ethnic tunes (I love Ah Du, for example, and Ebru Gündes, and Minamino Youko (I'm a bit behind the times, but that's OK), Bluegrass (Del McCoury is wonderful), Theatre Organ (George Wright, Gaylord Carter, David Reese, among others), Rondo' Veneziano, Jan-Edward Vogels, still love the Carpenters and Simon & Garfunkel...

Add to that a bunch of music from groups like Trans-siberian Orchestra, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Metallica, My Chemical Romance, Dead Can Dance, Weezer, Green Day, Sting, (I owe my kids big time for expanding my horizons) - the list goes on and on. There's a tune for every mood... and I haven't even scratched the surface! About the only things I can't really listen to are the heaviest metal, or rap.

Hmm. Did any of those get popular later than the '90s? (I find little modern music interesting.)
