Easy dinner

1 Onion
2 (large) cloves garlic
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Can White Albacore Tuna
Salt & Pepper

Fry it all up until the onions are translucent. Serve in whole-wheat tortillas. Scoff until bursting.

Awesome, thanks! I'll give that a go.

A quick meal for me is to boil up some pasta (any kind) mash up and cook some Roma tomatoes and a bit of basil and rosemary (neighbour has a garden full of it) in a pot until it's also cooked, then add a tin of tuna or herring in olive oil, and stir it all together.

My cooking is usually inventive, based on the question of "Right, what food do I have left..."

More often than once have I cooked "enthusiastic stew"... I put everything I had into it. Your dish was invented by the Greeks, by the way - and it's still just as good today!
