Probably someone like Albus Dumbledore or Gandalf the White. These are characters of surpassing wisdom and kindness, simulacra for the ultimate parent figure, even stand-ins for God, if you will. I would love to live in the presence of such greatness and power... perhaps just a bit of it might rub off.

I'd love to spend the day with Emilio Sandoz. But you'd have to read The Sparrow and Children of God to know who and why. Mary Doria Russell is the artist [sic] who wrote the books.
