"With due respect for your charter to keep our skies safe, the TSA needs to tell Aguilar in San Diego to stand down. The recent events there have only served to point out how poorly American citizens are being treated in the name of security. We give up no rights when we purchase an airline ticket. We are not obliged to submit to invasive, intrusive, indecent assaults on our person, or to the harassment of petty bureaucrats who have lost the understanding that they are there to serve, not to throw their weight around for their own aggrandizement. If you proceed with a civil lawsuit against the courageous American who stood up to your unconscionable practices, history will judge you poorly, because the will of the American people will prevail. Respectfully submitted."
