All of this can be found, and significantly supplemented, by a good reading of Dale Carnegie's How to Win Friends and Influence People. It's a great book on the nature of a business man's relationship. And while he writes in a secular manner, Carnegie was a strong Christian and that perspective is subtly visible throughout the book.
