Writer's Block: Ain't Easy Being Green

I own a Prius (never mind the discussion about up-front carbon footprint, my state's lower energy costs largely offsets that, and I essentially crossed the break-even point 3 years ago.)
We keep backyard chickens and feed them our kitchen scraps rather than sending them to the landfill or down the drain.
We recycle everything we can (although my town has no recycling program so it's harder.)
And we do our best to reuse and refuse wherever possible.
It's not everything, but it's something.
