Power surge took out my cable modem today... foofle. thank heavens for my traveling setup or I'd be relegated to gibbering in a corner, covering myself with drool until the repairman comes tomorrow. Anyone relate or am I all alone here?

Also purchased a ticket to Oslo. I'll be there for 9 days in November, staffing a seminar until the 15th, then have two days before I fly back home. Just a hop, skip and a jump from Asker where a certain Won-Tolla lives... perhaps a meeting can be arranged.

I guess I'll take the opportunity to install my new flat-screen monitor.

Well! You can be sure I'll be looking for things to add to my banquet from hell while I'm over there - maybe I'll be able to try some real lutefisk and see if it's as nasty as everyone says.
