King Island cream is amazing on rich desserts, might as well have a good go at it if you really want the 4 black skulls dessert experience!


(You should add that to your list of exotic foods to try, King Island dairy is unique in the beef, cheese and cream products there due to the rare environment the island offers)

it's like double thickened cream, but so so much smoother.... and um... creamier...?



If you do wander south and around, we'll have to organise a banquet of some sort LOL

One of the greatest joys of travel is trying all the things you can't get at home. (I had some wonderful and interesting meals in south central LA's mexican corner shops and Texas' steak houses but White Castle and Dairy queen I will never miss haha)

Unfortunately, the "black" detail made me think of black icing. And I know from the Cake Wrecks blog that black is the least appetizing icing color.
