Ask my kids - I'm a good camper. The exFru hated it, but I remember taking all my kids camping from the time they were tiny. I do enjoy a cozy camp with a warm fire set up by a rushing stream, especially if you're well-equipped enough to make food preparation a pleasure rather than a neanderthal chore.
That said... a luxury hotel with soft sheets, eiderdown duvets, huge bathrooms with jetted tubs, and a killer breakfast buffet - I think my favorite was at the Nikko™ Hotel in San Francisco, that offered the most amazing Japanese breakfast I've ever had - would be my choice if you put me on a rack and said, "Answer one or the other. You must answer one or the other.!"
