Scam: Personnel Concepts
May. 3rd, 2012 05:21 pmIf you are a small business owner, you have probably received one of these sleazy and deceptive solicitations from Personnel Concepts based in Ontario, California.
The ruse is simple: Send out frightening-looking letters implying that your business will be fined from $17,000 to $20,000 for failure to display legally-required employment posters. A small fee will be enough to avoid this unpleasantness.
Just have a look at Ripoff Reports to see how many complaints these bottom feeders have racked up.

Be careful out there. A lot of people want your money, many of them are illigitimate (and I mean that in the worst possible way) and they don't care how they get it.
